She had already forced herself to calm, but his explanation helped soothe a flare that might have returned later. She vaguely recalled seeing him, but she'd been so focused on chasing Oxy's ass she couldn't fully remember Thranduil, or whether or not she'd gone about screaming her name. Given her track record, she probably had. These were troubling times full of much confusion and chaos, it was a wonder he had even remembered her title amid the fray, but he wouldn't be the first, and probably not the last. She'd never understand why names were so important...

Their business continued onward, and she pleased when the golden thief was more than happy to satiate her curiosities, finally. A slight gasp, swiftly followed by a wide smile, was her response to the ripple of his image into that of Destry. Her head even tilted, admiring the lilt of a voice she was faintly familiar with from the comings and goings of her herd. "Anyone?" she managed to whisper in awed response, the lines of her lips tugging her shit-eating grin ever wider. "Quite the gift," she appraised, eyes full of blue glitter as ideas drifted tirelessly through her mind. There was so much that could be done with him.

Trust ought to have been the foremost thought on Ampere's mind in that moment, because as wonderful as this magic was, it was as endlessly dangerous too. She was star struck, so to say though, and in the moment she forgot her paranoia and her concerns, only able to remember the rosy hue of unfulfilled promises she whispered to herself.

Of course, this sin't all about her. His voice interjects on her paradise of thoughts, the nickname popping the self-absorbed bubble she was drifting on. Ampere shakes her head faintly, mane tossed back and forth on her nape and her grin falters into a questioning line. She blinks, blue eyes sliding over that of her herd mate, trying to remember that the gold still lurked within.

She is reluctant to answer him, even if she is just as excited to. The conflicting feelings are visible in the shine of her gaze and twitching of her lips. Her weight shifts in a physical discomfort of the internal war, until at last she exhales heavily, submitting to the inevitable. "I'm intending to gather a group, of sorts, full of horses that strive to whatch over Helovia and instill justice and freedom." It was an exciting idea for her, long in the making, and until now only whispered to Mesec under a storm. Was it possible? She still didn't know, but she had spent too long wondering and not enough time doing. It was time to take that first flight - garner her first recruit, if she could. Yet exposing this, without knowing him well, he might ruin it all. It was a risk she weighed carefully; his magic was worth it. Either way, one way to ensure a secret was kept, was to hold one of your own. She knew all about his magic, if he fucked her, she'd return the favor, plus a kick.

"There are too many dirty deeds that go unpunished around here... too many sacrifices of freedom made for nothing. I mean to end that, no matter the cost." She smiled, clearly pleased with herself. They were bold statements, and many of those were often met with resistance. Such was her need of secrecy and false identities. "Your talents would prove invaluable."
