God of the Earth
Buried in Water and Earth

A stone, far larger than either Camon or Volterra, suddenly began to vibrate. It hummed with life, as bits and pieces began to fall off, gently bouncing away from the lively structure. More and more began to fall, as if some invisible chisel was gently and silently working away to release something deep within. First, wings began to appear carved in the stone, then the well muscled and robust flanks and hips of the God, and finally his skull. Warm and bright eyes snapped to life, as the God shook slightly causing the last remnants of his rocky pod to fall easily from his rustic form.

The God's gaze fell like rain upon the two males gathered on his shrines. Nostrils flaring, he regarded each with a smile and a nod. "Good day to you-" He offered first to Volterra, then to Camon: "-and to you. What brings you here on this fine day?"

His beard swayed gently as he spoke, his voice a mixture of strength and paternal warmness and fondness.
