Breed: Arabian x Thoroughbred
Gender: Mare 
Age: 4 years
Species: Pegasus
Wings: White like the body, with blues and greys in the feathers on the underside of the wings
Eyes: Blue
Mane: White with streaks of different shades of blue (tends to darken with increasing cold )
Body: Pure white
Hooves: Grey, solid toe 
Markings: Light grey crescent that wraps around the base of her neck, with the thickest portion on the nape, but the points do not touch 
Tail: Leonine tail, the thick brush at the end starting about a third way up from the end. White, with several streaks if blue that match her mane.
Magic: EarthxWind: Can summon a small winter storm (clouds, cold air, snow (Can used this outside of battle to form small clouds/mist under her wings to produce small amounts of snow), in battle effects include typical ailments from severe snow and cold
Restrictions: Extends 10m out, increased severity uses more concentration and is present for less time

Upgrade: 30m, increased severity, longer duration

Personality: Freya* is a kindhearted mare, despite her cold abilities. She loves children, and would love some of her own someday. But for now, she is happy just playing and occupying the colts and fillies of the herd. She usually comes across as shy, and will run from a fight, and avoid conflict totally if at all possible. The only time she will fight is if danger threatens the young of the herd. She loves praise, is soft spoken, and despite her love for children, she also enjoys surrounding herself with a couple of close friends, or spending some days in silence enjoying the world.
History: Nothing exceptional. Her mother was an equine, her father a pegasus. She was raised in a happy family in a stable herd, one of four children, but she was the only pegasus of the group, so was a favorite to her father. She left home in search of something new, but will always miss her parents and siblings.

Although "Mane: White with streaks of different shades of blue (tends to darken with increasing cold " - this sounds like passive magic to me. If it's just 'gets darker in the colder months' that's okay. But it can't be an instant change or anything.
