Lullaby was starting to familiarize herself with the oasis, it was a fairly easy task from the sky. The problem was knowing the distance on the ground from one point to another. Making sure to continue to heal herself properly, she too learned the layout by using hooves. Why walk when she could fly? Weeks passing the old injury was healed, and she knew she needed to keep her wings strong. She took pride in being fit, and going long lengths with them alone. The white mare was getting a bit lonely for company, and wanted to properly meet other members of the herd. Maybe then she could decide what it was she wanted to do.


A frustrated sigh, she roughly pushed her wings up, and down against the currents. Rising high she took one last glimpse of the clouds, before letting herself glide back down to the earth. How lucky she was, spying a figure beneath her.


Slowly losing height she began to notice important details, him trying to fly, falling, and getting up quickly. Poor dear. Learning to fly was not exactly easy breezy. The youth continued on as if nothing had happened, and she was close enough to hear him call out. A smile to her lips, she hovered a little longer, before circling. She saw him attempt to well she wasn't sure what, before crashing down again. The lady landed steadily upon her pillars in front of the lad. Stormy wings were first stretched out as she tested them before tucking them to her barrel. "Goodness, what long legs you have!" She said as if in shock, as a bit of her was. "Need some help or you got it?" She would ask, not wanting to hurt the boy's pride any further. Her brother's had taught her both boys and men liked to hold onto that pride.

"You know I could show you some pointers."
