It's ironic, those that judge Caleb. He sees the world through the eyes of a hardly two-year old body. Though handsome, and rugged, and wild, he's still very young, very immature, with much to learn. As he steps too close, hungry eyes watching, and she glares at him, it is out of his younger side that a goofy grin forms on his lips. Her name is Katerina, and he automatically wonders where such a name is from. It is unique, interesting, and Caleb has never heard it before. She speaks of other planets, other dimensions. His brow furrows, confused on the matter. How did she get herself here? Mauja, who is conveniently there whenever Caleb is, automatically offers his name and rank. Caleb's fall one his face, ice eyes peering through white lashes. Mauja would be a pretty mare... Too bad he has a dick.

Another enters, hoof steps soft and quite as this third party enters. Then, the soft touch of a whiskered snout on Caleb's rump is enough for his brow to furrow and ears to flatten, looking all together more menacing before. Feathered tail begins writhing around frantically, this whip-like tail showing Caleb's anger. His horned cranium spins backwards to see who has grazed his ass. It is Ashamin. He says my name softly, still firm, but kindly. Ebony pinned ears prick forwards, and his tail goes lifeless on the ground. Caleb complies to Ashamin's eyes and shuffle backwards, away from the mare, the space opening up between them. "Mi dispiace, bella." Eyes fall on the mare as foreign words crowd the air. Brow furrows as he remembers that no one here is likely to speak his foreign language. "My apologizes." After a split second of rest, he moves on from the subject to greet his herd-member. "Ashamin," sorry. I'm not used to having my hindquarters touched. He doesn't add it though, his lopsided grin is his I'm sorry. Then, bounding out of the thicket is Henrietta. She is young too, much like Caleb. She rushes forth towards Caleb, and settles at his side. Sitting next to him as her tongue falls from the side of her mouth as she pants, clearly satisfied from her run. "Katerina, Mauja, this is Henrietta." He glances down at his dog whom stares into the distance mezmorized by something stupid- like a stick, and then trades glances with Mauja and Katerina as he says their names, respectively.

Ashamin explains the Aurora Basin to the mare, and the dark stag watches, curious as to how he does it. Caleb may just be too brutish and primal for the Threshold and may end up scaring anyone. No one here has a stomach strong enough to digest Caleb, each afraid, none cool and confident. They all hate Caleb for one thing or another, but it doesn't bother him much. Afterall, he can easily say that he is used to it, being hated- by kings, racists, mares, stallions.

He had stayed quiet, brooding silently, standing the furthest away (after backing up), and though he doesn't interject much substance to the conversation, he does pipe up now. "Are you here because you need help getting back to this planet of another dimension?" He had deduced this because it didn't seem she really wanted to be here. Judging by the squeaky sounds she had made before stammering out a questionable hello, it seemed she didn't mean to be here. "My land's patron is the Time God, he may be able to help you get home. He has much power, and might be able to possibly teleport you home. He is however, rarely seen." It was an option, she should know that the Aurora Basin is well-equipped to help those in the wrong dimension, Caleb assumes. Should she desire to go home, Basineers will help. Caleb is not sure Mauja can handle the predicament she is in. If she doesn't desire to go home and she chooses the Basin, the option of going home will still stand. The lack of Time God is concerning but he will eventually show himself, meaning she will most likely get the opportunity to go home. So who would she choose? Spots over there who offers little to her, or Ashamin and Caleb, who offer her a home and a way back should she want it.
