The darkness shrouds him, disguising his tiny frame as he roams from his mother's side. The fae doesn't even consider the dangers of the darkness. His young mind doesn't comprehend what sort of monsters might lurk. He doesn't roam particularly from his mother and sister. Libertad leaves a trail of red, the color that bonds him and his sister. If she needs him she knows how to find him, for he is always leaving a trail. d'Arcy is always in the back of his mind, but his adventures are in the forefront. The Edge might be home, but it seems to grow all the more magical at night. Nyx isn't nearby to spoil his fun either. She is not looming over his shoulder like she had that first week. The fae will show both the females he is strong and he is brave. Libertad isn't afraid of the darkness, no, nothing frightens him.
He picks up a stick and runs along the forest line, rattling it against the trunks of the trees. Libertad chuckles and finds his new little game to be quite fun. He imagines that any monsters that lurk out there are turning and running right now. They take one look and they know, they know he is strong, a mighty little knight. Like all of his games, though, it grows boring. If any monsters had been lurking they would've run off long ago.
The treeline begins to thin out and he can see a figure in the distance draped in moonlight. She is pale and the first things he notes are her wings. Libertad inches towards her and studies the feathers curiously. They are pretty.. She is pretty. The pretty speaks and he can make out the faint words. I love you. Libertad assumes the girls speaks to someone else.. Because she doesn't know him.. Yet.. She is familiar.

"Talk?"
