[Item] :: Genetic Mutation :: Able to bond with 2 companions.

[magic :: active ] :: Water x Light :: Able to form five medium or 3 large jagged ice lances that hurdle towards the target within 15 meters.
[magic :: active ] :: Time x Fire :: Summons a star shower at the targets location, persists for 15 seconds. Stars crash with white hot heat & force on impact with earth or the target equine. Radius of Star shower is a 5 meter circle.
[magic :: active ] :: Earth x Dark :: Transform into a silver dragon

[magic :: passive] :: A crescent moon hovers behind his head (ear height at withers distance) that drips starlight.

[companion] Cerndyr :: Royal :: Earth Spirit
[companion] Griffin :: Common :: Ice Blade

[Item] Moon Scythe :: snath is made from dark oak, with leather wrapped around the grip. The base and Blade grip is made from bronzed metal and lapis inlay. The Blade is held in place with oak branches and bronze metal, and made out of crystal. (reference)
[enchantment] Ice :: imbues the scythe blade with the ability to cause ice burn/ice shards to appear on wounds.

[item] :: four silver leg cuffs :: four ornate leg cuffs that are made of filigree silver leaves & vines linked together. In the middle of each is a solid azure crystal set within a crescent moon. At each outfacing side of the cuffs, five feathers of different sizes fan out.

[item] :: four diamond horse shoes ::
[enchantment] :: causes the ground beneath the wearers hooves to bloom with blue glowing flowers. Flowers disintegrate into moon dust once Alune walks a short distance away.

[magic :: active ] :: Water x Light :: Able to form five medium or 3 large jagged ice lances that hurdle towards the target. Restrictions: 3 medium or 1 large. Upgrade gets you 5 and 2.

[magic :: active ] :: Time x Fire :: Able to breathe pure starlight at the target, blinds & burns on contact. Breathed out like an white plume of stars.

^^^ So it can only do one thing until an upgrade where it can do two. So it is blinding or burning, and once upgrades it can do both!

[Item enchantment] Ice :: imbues the scythe blade with the ability to cause ice burn/ice shards to appear on wounds.

This is two enchantments. The two separate things are the ice burning and the ice shards appearing. One would need to be an upgrade.

Cuffs cannot do this, but horse shoes will.
