History
Aleta was born in Frostfall VII to Kaj the Aurelight and Sohalia the Transcended. She was born a dummy foal, meaning that she did not exhibit the normal developmental behaviors of most foals. In her case, she exhibited weakness and disorientation upon birth, and as a result failed to suckle normally. Additionally, as a further symptom of equine neonatal maladjustment syndrome, she was born with a hypersensitivity to touch, which will be present with declining intensity until she is two years old.

Persephone (who goes by Cora) is a three-year-old mare who came to Helovia in Birdsong VI after fleeing her homeland. After being captured by Archibald and offered a home, she took up residence in the Hidden Falls, hoping to become a healer.

Själ is a two-year-old filly born to an unknown stallion and Psyche the DarkEmpress in Birdsong V. She entered Helovia in Tallsun V after being born outside its borders. After learning of her mother's death and wandering the land for a while, she decided to leave Helovia in Frostfall VI, only to return in Orangemoon VI in a search for a permanent home. She found a friend in Nymeria and a place in the ranks of the Order of Robyn in Frostfall VII.

History
Sohalia entered Helovia in Orangemoon I after fleeing her homeland. Her initial arrival was heralded by a short romance with a stallion named Note, with whom she had two children. After Note's disappearance, Sohalia made a name for herself as a Dragon's Throat Forger and, later, Sultana, earning herself the title "the Transcended." She is well-known as Gaucho the WildFire's on-again, off-again mate, giving birth to five of his children. After disappearing from Helovia due to unknown reasons and appearing half a year later, she returned to find that she had been replaced in Gaucho's affections. After a one-night-stand with Kaj the Aurelight, which led to another child, Sohalia returned to the Dragon's Throat, hoping to keep her tryst with the Hidden Falls Czar a secret. In Birdsong VII, Sohalia bore her last child by Gaucho the WildFire before settling back into everyday life in the Dragon's Throat.
