This offer was extended to both newcomers, his green gaze travelling between the two new pairs of sight-givers. Next to appear was yet another dark stallion, though this one was blessed with ivory splashes and a less satanic appearance aside from the bloody splash on his shoulder (which Tilney spent a great deal of time nervously wondering if it was actual blood that littered his arm). The fawn-like creatures trailing this man intrigued Tilney, but the forwardness of this bloodstained bloke intimidated him. Tightening his jaw, puffing his weak chest Tilney stood protectively beside Rexanna and the timid babe, is flaxen tail swishing over the golden boys pelt. As the stranger pushed through the crowd, Tilneys ears flattened for the first time in forever.
This man though had not plunged through the crowd to attack like Tilney had orinignally assumed. Unfortunately he had paid no attention to the brutes teary eyes as he greeted Rexanna and the boy. Was this the sire? His new assumption was soon confirmed by Rexanna who introduced the man as Ashamin. Nodding kindly to the man, Tilney merely smiled his was and offered a quiet "Congratulations". He was a little embarrassed for pinning his ears and being so protective of a mare and foal who were not his, but the very man he attempted to protect them against.
