A small grin curled at her lips as she watched her herdmates whoop and holler as promotions and positions were awarded, Tembovu's presence radiating a kind of benevolent dominance that Orithia wouldn't admit that she envied. The rose knew that outside of her soft curves and blushed tones, she was all fire and sharp edges; her dominant energy was a product of animosity and flame, nothing at all like the cool confidence that radiated from her Elephant King. She had to stop herself as more voices rang out amongst her own ranks, the pirate boy that she had briefly trained and patrolled with had been promoted to captain.

And she was surprised to find that her thoughts were almost fond.
Eyes sliding back to rest upon the towering form that served as her King, the desert princess listened but did not engage; she would follow and find her sparring partner in due time, but until then, she would remain a mere wisp.
