The creamy colt carefully, almost reluctantly treaded over the luminous rocks leading him up to the shrines of the gods. The eerie light of the rocks however wasn’t as prominent since it was in the middle of the day and some parts of the rocky trail was covered in frost and even snow. That Breeze had chosen to visit the gods in the middle of the day had the simplistic explanation that he’s started his travel during the night and when he reached the veins the sun had climbed high in the sky. He was glad however that it wasn’t night though since the gods were quite the bit scarier in the dark. He remembered his last visit with a bitter taste in his mouth and he wondered if the Earth God would take this new wish seriously since he’d abandoned his last quest.
Breeze reached the top of the trail and looked down on the shrines. Breeze wondered if this request would be in the area of the Earth god or not, a part of him hoped not because then he would have to face his childish behavior of their last encounter. But he was pretty sure that healing-magic was the Earth God’s area of expertise. Breeze sighed. He knew he’d behaved badly, but after such a long time without his parents he’d gottemn used to not having anybody who would scold him and correct him. Thus he felt a bit uneasy when he thought about what Father Earth would say, even though he knew he deserved to have his behavior questioned. Slowly the young stallion lowered his head and gently touched the Earth God’s shrine. "Father Earth?" he whispered. |
[Ooc; Breeze wants to quest for healing magic that works on a distance. I imagine it working like this: He has to know the person pretty well for healing him/her, which means he can’t heal strangers. (At this point he would only be able to heal Kiara, that how close he would have to be to those he wants to heal.) When those close to him are hurt, he feels it and can heal that person even if she/he is far away. Longer distances would take more energy though and he would die if he tries to heal someone who’s at the veins when he himself is at the Frozen Arch for example.]
