[Magic: Water x Light | The user can (at will) compress and freeze water in the air to form little pellets of ice that can be projected at a high velocity.]

[Magic: Water x Light (U) | By freezing water in the air, the castor can immobilize (a) part/s of something or someone with the ice.]

[Magic: Wind x Water | The user can summon a thick blanket of cool fog to engulf a specific area (x) feet away. Within the misty cloud the castor can cause a light rain to fall.]

[Magic: Wind x Time (U) | The radius of the fog increases slightly to (x) number of feet. In addition, the castor can control the temperature within said mist, chilling the rain enough to form sleet or a shower of hail.]
