Helovian Ancient
Stallion :: Equine :: ::

Few come, but the stoats are not discouraged. The ball of energy will settle soon enough, either in nature or in the composition of those around it; it is merely a temporary nuisance while it floats about undecided. The Helovians rush in, eager and drawn to the disturbance of the magic and the snowy creatures frantically rushing through the snow after it.

The first to arrive seems to have some sort of sympathetic magic to his aid, and the ball – quite like a bubble in its senselessness as it drifts about – is initially successfully corralled by the stallion’s attempts in its vacant surprise. Its progress stutters and falters as it is enveloped, but the energetic thing will not be contained for long. The game can’t be over that soon, after all! And though the stoats are momentarily soothed they cry out senselessly as the orb wrenches itself away from the paint, unaware of how it may harm him.

From the shadows various beasts spring to life to charge after the magical orb, but the slippery thing will not be caught. Though it has no morals and no qualms with shocking the animals that corral it, it is far more interested in being elusive than violent. It certainly will not be caught by the electric beast summoned by Ki’irha, its brother in arms. It floats away from snapping teeth both physical and elemental, exploding in surprised sparks when Erthe's wings buffet it successfully towards Oizys’ and Alune’s wall. It could easily dissolve or pass through the obstacle, but the chase has only just begun!

The orb attempts to swiftly rise, deterred by the magical stoat-ghost and pursued by the snowy creatures alike, weaving between hooves to try and keep small black eyes on their responsibility. The golden woman’s magic has no influence on the mischievous magic, but it knows it will soon be caught. So it ricochets off the wall and back towards the crowd, one last playful attempt to slip through their ranks and escape. It had been torturing the stoats all evening after all, but these creatures were far more fun to play with.
