Well that was….minimal. A golden hark under the cloth of his invisibility flicks back. He had to admit though, it was hard to hold back a laugh as the colts jumped slightly, and the coming mare stopped. Still. It would clearly take more than that.

It seemed perhaps a bit cruel to toy with these children so. After all, they were just after a good sport. It wasn’t like they held some high prize he was after. So you might be fair to call him a tinge cruel in his intentions. Then again, they had woken the beast in the maze from his nap. And well…surely this son of wolves knew to let sleeping dogs lie?

With calmed eyes he watched as the elder shoved the other in. The gold had a mind to return the favor to such a bold child of skull, but was robbed as the colt jumped him himself. The laugher roars up from the waves and the gold sits back idly watching for his next cue. Something to….escalate the situation.

When the mare steps forward, the gold gets his chance. He slips further away to cross to her unnoticed as she speaks to the playing colts. With quick light steps, his body grumbling silently about the sudden movements after being so long asleep and from the recent events, he comes up behind the yearling. She was a bit bigger than he would have liked. The gold was still taller, but the dun filly was a bit more weighty than a colt. But weighing the consequences and risks didn’t fit his mood, so he went for it.

Only a few seconds after she had said her hellos the gold, collected himself in his distanced place and leapt forward, in a collected, but silently thundering canter. If any were to notice the rushing wind on the short grass all the better to build the illusion. His shoulder turns out, and he takes aim square for the dun’s rump, hoping to knock her forward in un-anticipated shock, and into the water. Or at least give her a good boot. If he missed? Well like we said he wasn’t weighing risks much today. Plus this wasn’t invisible paint, his cloak would still hide him. And though he had brakes in his collected step, a giant splash in the water by a ghost might not be such a bad alternative.
