The colt stares with wide frightened eyes as he watches the creature. His nose wrinkles in disgust as the stench reaches his tender muzzle. He shivers in fear as he watches the deathly creature. He is surely an abomination not meant for their world. Sweat slowly beads over his side and slolwy slides down his light fur. He gulps roughly as the black holes for eyes turn and look at him. His heart freezes as does his body. If he could be still long enough maybe he wouldn't be seen as a threat. 'Why am I here?!' He thinks desperatly, but he can't let his brothers see him so scared. The colt is sure they would never allow him to live that down.

Instead he takes a deep breath mustering all of his courage and stands tall. Even though his heart is hammering willing him to flee until he cannot run anymore, he will at least look brave. That had to be have the battle right? Looks like a duck, walks like a duck, must be a duck, right? He isn't so sure, but tries it out anyway. He blocks all others from his mind as he watches the gastly creature.

Then something horrible and amazing starts witht he breath of icy wind. Vines and bones move of their own acord shifting around with terrfing sounds. He doesn't want to take his eyes off the creature, but a vine is moing right toward him with a bone clutched in it. He gulps once more as the vine stops before him and the decaying mass of bodies speaks.

'No duh, bones don't just show up without once having been attached to something else. Why the hell else would they be so damn creepy?!' He snorts his dissaproval but listens anyway. Blue and scarlet eyes widen once more as shining runes pop up on the bone infront of him. 'We? Who the hell is we?!' he wonders loudly in his mind before turning his attention to the bone before him. He inspects it as carefully as he can with the vine moving it all the time. Agrivation wars with the fear as he tries to look at the glowing thing. It clicks and his eyes turn to gaze at his rib marking upon his side.

This was the bone of a horse, just like him. He swallos again once more pluckin gup his courage and reaches out to touch the bone embraced by a vine. To his surprise feelings rush through him and he can't seem to pull his muzzle away. A surprised gasp rushes past his teeth as he identifies the feelings. Acomplishment and peace sooth the raw nerves in his young body. Eyes flutter closed as he embraces the warm and exciting emotions. Finally he pulls his muzzle back adn waits for his turn to speak. "This bone belonged to a horse." His voice is still young, but bold and bright, "I think they died happy, maybe their family was aroudn them which made them feel acomplished and at peace. Surely they got to say goodbye to their family and that made their heart light as they passed on." There is no question in his tone, even though he longs to know more about the life this bone had lived.
