No was the truthful answer to her question, and while Gaucho was not normally one to withold his feelings when asked, this time, he did. He bit back on the word, still considering the sky for a moment, before turning back to her. The dun exhaled, allowing the tension in his jaw and cheeks to release, and nodded his blockish antlered skull. "Gaucho fine." He allowed, then let his stormy gaze survey the damage done to Nyx's body. Though there wasn't any blood dripping from her, he could see that more than physical exertion taxed her. Like in any spar, Gaucho hadn't held back. Perhaps he had even tried harder against Nyx, as if fighting the phantom of Ampere might bring her back - or if bloodying her pale coat would similarly hurt Sohalia. It had done neither except wound the silver unnecessarily. "But Nyx not. " Gaucho's wings rose from his flanks. He held them up, though not fully outstretched, as if he was just cupping the air around himself. The harmless and heatless flames that ran up and down his appendages suddenly grew even higher and brighter as new magic surged through them. Not many would have assumed that the warlord had saved a piece of his soul reserved for magic, for something that wasn't offensive. After all, seemingly all of his magic and every trinket that adorned his body seemed to have only one goal: to hurt. But the Sun God's wisdom had won out, and that final piece had been reserved for healing. A gift Gaucho had found cause to use more often than he even realized. "Come here."
