Description: Small black feathers form a ‘shrug’ type covering around shoulders, withers and also coat the wings; they extend like a dorsal stripe along the length of the back. Six long, black tail-feathers grow at base of tail. The mane and tail are fine, black and mid-length. Each hoof is black, except the left-hind.

Personality
Quiet: Always softly spoken, the twins have little desire to share their thoughts. Segregation and emotionlessness both strongly contribute to the remarkably composed exterior they hold. This quietness of character might be easily mistaken for timidity or shyness – neither of which particularly fit their twisted, convoluted personality. 
Reserved: Surrounded by darkness and measure, they finds little value in the company of others – unless for the sake of personal profit. The twins are naturally aloof and particularly private, portraying manipulative unfriendliness to avoid interaction when required (an art quickly mastered). They prefer to view and learn about the world around from afar. Generally they present a more cordial and innocent façade until the merit in any other’s company is determined. 
Psychopathic: Mildly so (but evolving), they both share and exhibit distinct traits of a psychopathic personality disorder.  Within and well concealed, the twins are cold and calculating, with a clear absence of empathy. Both delight in their ability to manipulate and are fascinated by the effects (especially those negative) of their behaviour and influence upon other living creatures; though not with any established aggressiveness at this age. Together they are remorseless, insensitive, with an apparent lack of conscience, though are well rehearsed at mimicking the emotions of those around them to exploit a reaction – they could be easily conceived as caring and understanding. The twins are highly intelligent, eloquent, with an unusually high threshold for pain (an equally high desire to witness that is others). They delight in reward and resent punishment.
