She had been playing contentedly in the water when suddenly she was hit by a large spray. A squeal escaped the young filly as she frantically flapped her wings, trying to back out of the water quickly. Teal eyes screwed up to keep the water out of them. When the water cleared, she noticed that it was Chaska, the stallion who had taken her under his wing so to speak. The little filly let out a squeal of happiness and splashed across the water towards him. "Always alright Chaska." She said, aiming to nuzzle against the golden stallion. Curved ears turned around as she heard the sound of a voice. "Asha!" She whickered, splashing back across the water to greet the black and white stallion. When the stallion offered her his cheek, she stretched up and touched her nose to his cheek. She lifted a hoof and lightly tapped at the water. She turned around at the sound of wings and hooves, and saw another Pegasus come up. When the mare came closer, she noticed that this mare had a horn and wings. The filly's teal eyes widened in awe at the combination of wings and a horn. "Hi Rhea." She said with a slight flap of her wings. "I'm Gemini!" The filly spoke, giving the dark mare a kind smile before moving back towards Chaska. As the stallion had grown fond of her, she had grown fond of him. Granted he would never replace her father but he could come pretty darn close as a stand-in for her dad. Her contrasting wings were clutched against her, though slightly raised to keep them dry. Even though Ashamin had introduced the stallion with him, she didn't truly see him until just now. "Oh hi there! I'm Gemini." She said with a happy whicker. She was much happier than she had been when she first came into Helovia. As Chaska had noticed, she had filled out with a few good meals and some care. Her personality was really shining through now that she was being cared for and given some love and attention that she hadn't been given since the death of her parents. Her bright teal eyes shone with happiness, something she had not had a chance to be since her parents had been torn apart by wolves. If she saw a wolf or a canine creature of any sort, she would probably have a panic attack and freak out if the creature came near her. Those memories would take some time to pass, and a gentle soul to overcome should she ever tell them what caused her to become an orphan. Text. "Speech." |
