PHANTOM She had only just agreed to join Ashamin's group and already they were at each other's throats over something totally ridiculous. Honestly, who cared if Ashamin invited foals to join them. Obviously if he invited foals it was because they had no parents to protect them. She could not see Ashamin stealing children away from their parents. He was no child thief. She frowned deeply as she approached the group as they argued amongst themselves. "This is ridiculous." The pale mare snorted as she made herself situated within the group. They wouldn't know her since she was so new, but that mattered very little to her. She looked to the stallion who had started the whole stink about the foals. "So you don't agree with foals being in the group? So you think they need a herd to keep them safe?" She asked. "Herds do not equate to safety. I've seen many herds invaded and I've seen mothers, fathers, and children murdered within their herds." I've killed them myself. "Obviously when Ashamin invited these children to join us they had no parents present. He's not a child thief and anyone here who thinks that he is should get to know him and his morals." She had glanced around the group pointedly, but now her crimson gaze went back to Seanan. "If you're so worried about their safety then you protect them and make sure no harm comes to them. Teach them what they need to know to protect themselves, because in a herd they would be lost within the members and would have no guidance. Here they have a chance if you're willing to give them one." But there was another stallion who had jumped in to defend Ashamin's choice and she did agree with what he had to say about herds not growing without having young members. "Herds and groups also cannot grow if we attack each other over a disagreement." She said as she glanced toward him. "Civil discussions and debates are the best course of action to settled differences if you can control your temper." With that she looked pointedly at Rein, who had produced a sword. "Violent actions and threats against those that should be considered friend and family should not be tolerated." "." |
