Hey everyone!
After much thought and ideas, the Aurora Basin will be hosting an Orangemoon Festival!
It's going to be officially like an Aurora Viewing Festival, and EVERYONES INVITED. Rexanna and Lena will be going to each herd and inviting them, so be sure to pass the word around :D
WHEN: Last day of Tallsun/First day of Orangemoon (unsure currently when that is >.>)
WHERE: The Basin!
WHO: EVERYONE. All species welcome :D
WHY: To show everyone how beautiful the Basin is and how they're accepting all species now! AND OF COURSE TO KICK OFF ORANGEMOON!
There will be events going on as well! When the Festival starts, there will be five events going on! :D
Aurora Viewing/Fireworks - Where you can come and see the lights when night comes! Rexanna will be following it up with her magic of fireworks to add that extra bang ;D Taking place in the center of the Basin where everyone can get a good view of everything!
Hot Springs Hangout - Going to be held at the hot springs, where you can go and relax those old and achy bones and hang out with everyone in passing, also able to view the aurora from this spot!
Storytelling - This will be held at the lake. Lena will be telling stories to everyone of Helovia and stuff about the Basin that might be interesting and unique!
Fortune Telling - This one is going to be held at the Basin's tent! Frost Fyre is going to be doing her best to give people their fortunes. Oooooh, spooky ;D Whether it's correct or not, time only can tell!
Foal Games - This one is going to be held in various areas, basically giving foals some games to play to burn some energy and keep them busy!
There's no need to sign up! When the festival officially kicks off, you just need to post your character in the first thread to participate, then you can post them in any of the ones listed to get them going in there :D Keep in mind this is supposed to be a nice event, a get together. The Basin's opening it's doors to you and they expect you to be NICE about it! There will be patrols out to make sure people stay in line ;)
Please let us know if you're interested!! We want it to be successful and the only way that can happen is if you bring your babes in :D
