facts you need to know about him first;
-hes a vampire (but no one knows)
-hes a gelding (still gotta check with admin if i can make him a fertile rig bit im gonna go ahead and guess its not likely)
-he has come to helovia under a false identity and anything he says might be a truth or a lie.
-He wants to start fresh. completely anew.... its just a shame half of freaking dorobo is on helovia to unwind his deceptions (he used to live there for some time, but is deffinately not a native to dorobo!)
my plan is that his lies will start off quite innocent, but gradually get worse until they become elements of plans and maneuverings. (as if im gonna share his motives with u tho)
He is friendly and kind at first, but that will always follow with deceit.

Dare I say, possible friendship? Alby also plans and tries his best to leave his past in the dust, but eventually it will resurface to harass him. He's a total asshat and doesn't give half a flying fuck what lies, deception, and other horrible behavior Toulouse exhibits. He'll probably find it funny since he's a professional ruin-er himself. All he cares about is personal satisfaction/amusement/pleasure and if he gets to screw anyone else over in the process it's totally a bonus.
