COWL || heavy, crushed velvet in white-blue. Will rest on her shoulders in a fluffed loop when relaxed, rests over her eyes when pulled up ( to protect her eyes from lights/flashing
CRYSTAL BROOCH || A silver framed, filigree brooch with pale/ icy crystals with frost-like fractures at their core ( would be attached to cloak, if attained first will be pinned in her tail )
Magic
GLACIER SKIN || passive || to others she'll feel normal, to herself she's much colder than normal and tends to boast a slightly longer coat. Causes ice crystals/frost to form on her extremities ( like delicate 'boots' encasing her legs, framing her spine/tail bone or trailing down the crest of her neck ) when the ice falls away it is susceptible to whatever the current weather is.
SNOW FLURRIES || active LightxWater || surround herself in a cloud of snow flurries
restrictions :: cannot work in/around high heat or very low moisture areas
U || compress the snow-flurry cloud into a thin wall of ice around her, still susceptible to the weather and not terribly sturdy
