Hi, this is Noe and she likes rain and stars and wants to be friends/enemies/romantic/whatever.

She'll probably be pretty distant and secretive for a while, it'd be cool to have someone she opens up to? As well as someone who isn't having any of her shit?

She's very religious - someone to teach her about Helovia's gods?

She's a flirt, but a guarded one, and it'll take a while to break down her walls.
