The first to take the plunge was the pale filly who continued to seem so eager to assist in any way that she could. Next was a colt who looked as though he wasn't even old enough to fly, let alone swim. But water was an easy teacher - which was lucky, because he was immediately followed by another colt roughly the same age. Another winged boy entered (did they all have wings here? And were they all young?), followed by yet another. Next came the first one without wings, though she followed the rest just as eagerly. The next arrival however, made him pause and smile. The child of the Earth had entered the waters, and though Kisamoa hadn't heard the words exchanged between she and her cousin on the shore (for he was already under the water), he knew that her willingness to enter the Endless Blue would reassure the others. If nothing else, as the child of the man who had asked for his assistance with healing the lands, he would need her on his side.

Another unicorn enters, and then ... well, another sort of enters. He appears to be hanging, as if the surface of the ocean was a ceiling upon which he stood. How strange. Next the first equine enters, followed by another unicorn. Unsurprisingly, the Atlantian gracefully moves towards him, and he ponders her physique trying to decide if she indeed needed the seaweed or not. The legs of an elephant appear above him, and it is clear that the creature is still breathing through its trunk, rather than relying on the weed. Next comes a bizarrely patterned pegasus, and behind him, a face appears with no body, as if someone is merely testing to see the effects of the seaweed before actually diving down. An equine mare plunges in, and despite her horse-body, she seems to move easily in the water, as if it came second nature to her. A bay unicorn mare takes the leap next followed by an antlered pegasus. Another colt - this one with large horns that appeared to come from some african animal descended towards him, brought up lastly by a reddish looking pegasus filly.

Kisamoa grinned as this last child entered. Though he kept his eyes on those who had already surrounded him, he sent a mental pulse towards the barred child swimming his way. The seaweed doesn't taste particularly good, now does it? He whispered warmly into her mind. He knew that it didn't - it was salty and bitter, and though the rest of the Helovian's who had the weed in their mouths would have to endure its taste, perhaps this one did not ... perhaps he would give her something else to chew on ... Why not try this instead? He called again, his voice silent, invading only her mind. A goldish and sparkly morsel of something appeared before it. It was hardly even a mouthful, and appeared as though it was some sort of goldish flesh (cooked?) attached to a sliver of bone. Her teeth would easily gnash the bone away, ensuring her throat would not receive any splinters but ... what was it he was offering her to replace the seaweed? Trust me. That one is much better.

The juttting appendage from Kis's forehead, which was really a bioluminescent organ, suddenly began to glow, lighting their way. Kis's light intensified the further they sank into the deep. The water temperature grew colder the farther that they went, and yet it was not unbearable. Most had surely been outside in a Frostfall storm that was far colder than this. Below, the reef that Kis spoke of became visible. It was an awe-dropping length - stretching farther than Kis's light was able to reveal. It was marbled with warm hues - golds, magentas, and reds. Fish darted in and out, swimming in brilliantly and brightly coloured schools. There were eels that seemed to spark and glow, creatures resembling small dolphins that frolicked happily, otters holding hands and playing games with each other, and even some curious looking sharks, who, due to Kisamoa's instructions, were keeping their distance.

Now friends- Kisamoa's voice rang in their minds, as his sparkling eyes found each of theres. These creatures have not heard the voices of your kind in centuries or more ... Despite your best intentions, your words can hurt their delicate ears. However the things you can tell them of the surface are some of the sweetest memories they have. So, your challenge, is to think of one word. Think it as loudly as you possibly can, and my magic will bring it to their ears. He smiled broadly at them.

Just one word - think it as strongly as you can, and all of the connotations and experiences associated for you with that word, will reach them as well.

** If you did not dive into the water and swim towards Kisamoa (as he specified) in your first post, or if you arrive after this point, the sea weed will have disappeared.
