The Goddess of the Moon - and, in Isopia's mind, a figure nearly as important as her own Mother and Father. After all, without the actions of her star-speckled aunt, she would have never been conceived. It would likely be Hototo who was here now, Hototo with his harp, and Roskuld without a chip on her shoulder. But it hadn't happened that way. The Goddess had created a way for the raven woman, and that was a fact Isopia always kept at the forefront of her mind.

When was the last time Isopia had seen the Goddess? In the woods, just after the murders? She was very young then, and very small.

As The Mountain neared the two deities, she watched the Goddess stomp her hoof. At once, the sand below her seemed to fuse, radiate colour, and then shattered into a multitude of glistening glass pieces. Isopia's golden gaze widened, as she hypothesized what the purpose of all that glass could possibly be.

"Goddess." Isopia greeted her aunt, choosing to acknowledge her first over the newcomer. Even if her Father had been present, she likely would have offered her salutations to the Moon first. Her golden eyes moved to the watery creature, saying a decidedly less disinterested hello to him. "Kisamoa."

Isopia's red cloak billowed around her shoulders as she turned her attention back to the Goddess. The lady was not one for obtuse flattery or unnecessary questions, and so the girl offered none. She had thought to ask if they needed help, but surely if they did, they would say so.

No one had yet assembled on the beach, but as with anytime a God appeared on the sands - even one as lowly as Kisamoa - that isolation rarely lasted. And so the Mountain took a moment to simply enjoy being in the presence of the Goddess, without a thousand other inquisitive eyes and self-centered or phoney bits of dribbled being thrown at her hooves.

CONTEST WINNER.
