It is suspicion that leads the silver mare towards the beach again. She has been trying to suss out what exactly Kisamoa wants with the citizens of Helovia, and how he'd manage to entrance her usually cynical daughter Oizys into the water. Nyx still hadn't quite got over the filly's arrogant dismissal of her attempt to help, but she doesn't hold it against the girl. She's adventurous, and doesn't want her mother cramping her style. Still, it hurts that Oizys had rejected her attempt to save her, and it worries her that the yearling may attempt to enter the water again.

Fortunately, her daughter is simply stood quietly and glowering nearby. A swift scan of the area tells Nyx that Arakh is here as well, although she misses Esinakh over the far side. Her son seems to be socialising with a group of other foals, so with a knowing smile the mare stays well away. It always saddens her to see her children growing up - oh, for them to stay young and at her side! - but she accepts that they cannot remain hers forever. It's good to see him making friends.

So the General stands alone near the back of the crowd. The Goddess of the Moon's arrival is interesting - perhaps she can shed some light on what Kisamoa is up to. In silence the grey mare observes, her skin itching as though expecting battle to erupt at any moment. It would not be the first time; Helovia has previous when it comes to seemingly innocent situations turning into bloodshed. A familiar face grasps her attention - Tembovu - and she alters her path to meander over. "What do you think the Goddess is going to do?" she murmurs to the Elephant without preamble.

[ SOMEDAY WE MAY SEE A WOMAN KING, SWORD IN HAND, SWING AT SOME EVIL AND BLEED ]

Speaks to @Tembovu
