Erebos was always drawn towards chaos, melee, and mayhem – so it was no surprise that when Orsino alerted him to a gathering, surrounding some horned ram granting gifts, the avaricious boy, with his greedy schemes, with his ebullient attitude, sauntered amidst the throng. He watched, eyes wide, grin perhaps even wider, as some were obliged pieces and tassels of various things, the ability to alter, change, or be enthralled with something else – and he couldn’t leave it alone. The chance, the opportunity, to be given something, bestowed, anointed, or consecrated with some bit or bob, was amusing and diverting to a youth who’d always scraped and stumbled along on his journeys and quests. He meandered his way through the crowd, smile in place, gaze twinkling in its zealous, devilish way – a spark of mischief emblazoned and unraveled through his features. “A trick, please!” The youth shouted, eager, fervent, ready for a taste of bedlam curled and coiled along his edges.
