Every time she managed to return (or, perhaps more accurately, she sent Petyr to check on things) the herd seemed to be larger. It hadn't been this big before Tembovu took over so it is simply a logical assumption that he played a role in how well it was doing. She still didn't forgive him for burning the shit out of Mauja but she was beginning to see that he isn't all bad. So with the thought in mind, the girl begins her journey back to the Edge. Petyr had flown ahead hours ago and was already there. He'd settled into a tree near the meeting place once he discovered everyone gathered. His brightly hued form nestled prettily on a low branch where he could easily overhear and take notes.
By the time Naerys flies within sight of the Edge, the border of her home was surrounded by large glass spikes. The scene caused her to pause for only a moment before she flew over them to land inside and quietly make her way to the meeting. As much as she longs to shift into her small cat form and hide near the back or curl up on a sturdier branch near Petyr, she doesn't. Instead, she slips quietly near the outermost edges of the gathered group. She is here but she is silent.
