Now that the world is beginning to thaw, Yael has more exploring to do. Parts of Xelovia that had previously been covered in snow and ice are revealed, and as the foreigner is still very new to this world, there is no reason for her not to explore. Up she goes, climbing like the ibex she was named after - enjoying both the exercise and the solitude. The cool (not too cold now, mind) air is invigorating, and she can see that the top is still very much covered in snow. Well - might as well make her mark on the peak, just to say she’s been there. Quickly, of course. Before too long, it would be dark and fucking cold, and that is still to be avoided at all cost. Her extremities do seen to take forever to warm up again.
Alas, it is not long before Yael finds that she is not alone. A small group gathers around a large cave (she absolutely would have passed it by if it had not been for the others), and some familiar forms. Well, what a party. There are two familiar forms - a red cape, and some teal-tipped hair. Rather than bother Isopia (though her gaze flits to Hubris and she smiles, in case the dragon was looking), Yael snorts softly and ambles over to Lyanna. She nudges the mare fondly in greeting and peers around, quietly curious. Her eyes widen as they land upon the giant white creature that is entirely unknown to her; dragons, wyverns, phoenix, krakens, and other various ‘mythical’ creatures she knew - but not this one. And then her gaze goes to the nest on its head, and she accidentally laughs. It is loud in the silence. Awkwardly so. Yael cringes and glances to her seemingly perpetual guide in all things Xelovian. “Vhat ees t’at?” she whispers, followed quickly by “And vhat ees everyvone doing up xere?”
Lyanna would know. Lyanna always knows.
