Isopia was not visibly daunted by the tone of the creature's voice, nor of the way it pounded the ground causing it to reverberate. Instead, she listened with the patient curiosity of one who was not afraid.
Why anyone would want a crown, she couldn't understand. What was it meant to signify or show? Why did that message need to be broadcast? For surely the reason to wear any trinket or bauble was to give some sort of message. What was it the yeti wanted others to see?
>>Cold and hard<< Hubris thought into her mind, silently scowling at how rude the yeti had been and was apparently going to continue to be. At that, Isopia brightened. "You're exactly right." She mumbled under her breath, and set about working on his crown.
Isopia turned away slightly to focus. She created a circlet of stone and made no effort to soften the jagged corners or edges of the composition she was creating. He was hard, as Hubris had noted. He was rough and jagged, just as his crown should be. She took the bit of ram horn given to her by the benevolent tree a few months prior, and embedded it into the centre of the rock, so that it jut forward like a foreboding mountain peak.
"If you wouldn't mind." Isopia said, looking to Hubris. Without argument, the dragon breathed a thick layer of frost onto the crown, coating it in ice. Nodding as she looked down, Isopia turned back towards the yeti.
"A crown of stone, punctuated with the horn of a ram, covered in ice." She said, placing the item at the feet of the yeti. Her honey-amber eyes appraised the beast, wondering if her offering met the vague specifications that he had provided.
Iso uses her rock magic to make an intentionally jagged crown. She places the ram horn in the center, and Hubris freezes the whole thing in ice.
Isopia would like a dragon.
