I had a dream about a burning house. You were stuck inside, I couldn't get you out I lay beside you and pulled you close. And the two of us went up in smoke As Saoirse shouted care in his direction, Thèo glanced back in her direction. His sea-green eyes were full of curiosity and joy, and despite her warnings, he did not feel compelled to be afraid or careful around the Yeti. But then he started yelling. Thèo swallowed and, having seeing @Arakh in the crowd, casually made his way towards his brother (the thought still filled him with a happy joy), and stood near him. "I wonder what kind of crown he would like." Thèo mumbled, his lips forming a sideways line as he thought about their task. He watched Isopia literally create a crown using her magic, and that seemed like quite a good idea. Only ... the boy did not possess any sort of magic that stayed permanent. Wincing, he looked around. All he saw was ice and things which were dead and ugly. He had no skills with which to compose something out of the materials he found scattered around. For a moment he seemed dismayed. And then, thanks to the wonderously philosophical teachings of those in his herd, the sun-drenched boy had an idea. He walked up to the Yeti, a tentative smile on his boyish features. Sunlight cascaded over his youthful body as he looked up. Using his magic, he created an eagle holding a circle of fire. The eagle appeared to be offering the crown to the yeti, though eventually it lowered and placed the flaming circlet on the ground. "Nothing lasts forever." The boy began."And it may be that your things will be taken again ... But ... you will have the memory of a crown made of fire. And no one will be able to take that." He grinned brightly and stepped away, using his magic to force the circlet to continue to burn. Thèo says NOTHING LASTS FOREVER EXCEPT FOR MEMORIES, and temporarily makes the Yeti a crown out of his fire. Thèo would like a rougarou! One prior refusal. |
