Giggles burst out with each gasp, squealing when the adult’s muzzle ghosts along his back. Flightless feathers snap out, as the boy’s excitement overflowed from his chest and out to each limb. As they settle, he casts the pointy stallion a large grin. Chest huffing and puffing in quick, succinct breathes. Perhaps not as arduous as his larger counterpart, however fatigue did crawl and ebb its way closer into the boy’s body. He wouldn’t have minded the purchase of milk and a well-deserved nap.

“Albrecht,” Saoirse sounds it out in his mouth. He’s never come across the name before, and it is both foreign and whimsical to him. Like a treasure he felt compelled to hold on to. Despite its rough appearance, or its mysterious origin.

The boy moves closer to the shores, allowing the waters to lap along his hooves as it pulses forward. “Yup! Need someone with a key to get across, though…” He looks back at the black and shrugs his wings.

“Maybe someone will see us. Do you live in the forest?”

It’s just now that the boy realizes he has no idea where the stallion has come from. And finds it odd he hasn’t shared such details.

Saoirse turns around at an angle to encompass both island and stallion. “You kinda smell different. Not like sand and sea, and…” He trails off, uncertain how he could describe his homeland in scent. It was easier to smell it. The worlds allude the boy before he happily exclaims, "We have the BEST WARRIORS too! They'll probably show up, maybe... if they're not busy."

A charming, proud smile sets on the boys lips.
