Otem was glad to venture this far from the Throat, and although she would never admit it outloud, having both her mother and her twin with her made all the difference. Although the ram-horned girl appeared confident and bubbly, inside she was a mess of anxiety and constant self-doubt. But with her family at her side it was all too easy to stifle those emotions and simply allow herself to be led along.

Otem half-listened as her mother spoke about the Edge and her family's lineage her. She wasn't really that interested, other than being curious about why they no longer lived here. She (rightfully) assumed it had something to do with Volterra - he being a Sultan and all - but still. The Goddess seemed better than the Sun God, Isopia was...what? A former princess in these lands? And she had had an interesting title: World's Edge Seer. In the Throat, all they really had going for them was a father who was the ruler. Which, Otem suddenly supposed, was actually pretty cool.

"Interesting." Otem chirped, her voice bright and bubbly despite the fact that she was only barely listening to what her mother had to say. In the tangles of her mane Pandora hooted and buried herself deeper into the auburn tresses, not liking the chill in the air.
