Corona Discharge :: Light/Spark (?) :: (If we're being realistic about her, could her horn serve as the conductor? It would need to be constantly surrounded by fluid, wouldn't it? Or we can just not be realistic :P) Can create a corona discharge (by whatever means is decided), causing her horn to glow a bluish purple. Effects: Ability to PURIFY. So she would not be able to heal or mend wounds, but she could cure infection, or even infested waters. A by product of this process would be that it creates the smell you smell during/after a rainstorm. If this is problematic, send me a message. I wasn't sure who would be dealing with these foal stats :3
