Sorrow overwhelms her system. Blood pumping through her veins shove her deeper into the past. Her eyes squeezing shut as she tries to get rid of the memories only to end up giving up on the idea. His story circulating through her cranium as she gently lips at his chest. Her words coming out in a choked bunch. Her words soft, hard to be heard. So delicate that they could be carried off by the wind. He had to prick his ears, stretching his head forward and tilt his head to the side to even get all of what she had said. She pulled away, no part of her connecting with him at the moment as she felt the tears slide from her orbs. His ears pinning backward, pain visible in his orbs. She can't stand to look at him. The pain in her soul that she'd tried so hard to push away only fighting to come back even stronger. Her one ear perking up at the sound of his soft voice, "My sorrow for yours, my lady," anguish radiating off of his tone as she glances up at him. A desire to protect her in there. She sniffles and closes her eyes as she simply bobs her head once. There are no words that can really explain just what it is that she is feeling. Her audit twitching as she opens her eyes to see him gently stretching his maw out to press it against hers. With a trembling lip she takes in a tiny breath before allowing her maw to touch his, tears falling from her face and sliding down so that they met in the crevices where the two bodies connected. She dropped her head, his maw resting upon her forehead as she took in a short breath. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't be crying like this," she whispered, apologizing for her behavior. Having started to panic and cry for no reason.
