She appeared before the shrine in a swirling glimmer of shadow, devious but tired all the same. The mortals had begun to make her weary, and thus she was impatient and eager to end the interaction. "Be quick, winged nuisance!" the Goddess began with a grimace, stamping her foot and sending shadow from the crack formed in the earth. Her brother would be displeased with her mark upon the stone, but he could alter it himself if he minded so much.
She wasn't one to be considerate; normally she would thrust herself into the mind of a mortal and pluck from them their desires, but today she abstained. Perhaps due to the fact that she cared too little; perhaps as a result of her no longer wanting to know what lay in their minds. Their minds were greedy and foolish. She was tired of prying only to find herself disappointed in their vapidity. Her tail whipped violently, cracking in the evening air and sending a strong gust of wind forth to ruffle Phaedra's feathers where they rested. Above the sky grew darker with stormclouds; a looming threat, a warning of what was to come should she take up too much of the wicked Goddess' time.
