For a long while the ivory amazon was alone in her thoughts, the soothing, chirping serenades of the songbirds coercing her to carry on into this foreign land. The gentle hammerings of her hoof falls came in monotonous recession, producing a steady, rhythmic cadence. She wasn't timid. Quite the contrary, actually. She was eager, acquisitive to discover whether another Isilme inhabitant coincided in these borders.
Hope compelled her onward.
Plum eyes grew wide with surprisal, and for a moment her heart fluttered erratically in her chest, thrumming gently against her bosom. She halted in her movements, statuesque as her exuberant eyes looked onward, focalized on what appeared to be the dark form of Paladin. She ruffled her wings in excitement before the realization encroached like a ton of bricks. This was not her dark knight. Instead it was an imposter, devoid of the crimson accents, yet somehow still identical. A melancholy expression assembled upon her features, a sigh emit from the crevice in her lips. Her head was held with abeyance as she watched her approach.
This was a far more feminine unicorn, her voice lighter and matronly. She forced a cordial grin to accentuate the delicate panes of her ash gray face. The slender lobes of her ears pricked forward with fervor at the mention of her home. "Yes." She answered. "How did you know?" The unsuspecting tone of her voice was clear and radiant. Could this mare be from there as well? Could she possibly be a child of the Valiant?
