In essence she could pull the water from the earth up towards her opponent in the form of an ice spike or any other shape she chooses depending on the circumstances.]

Also, "Air" is not an element! It would be wind. LightxWater are any ice type abilities. Also remember that your upgrades have to have the same elements, so I am not sure where these would apply.
