Mission :: Equality The Qian is a herd that believes in equality for all. They believe in keeping the cosmic balance at an equilibrium. Power comes in many forms. The Qian is respectful of power, and believes that any who are willing to earn it with honesty, integrity and respect are worthy to be graced with it. In Helovia, the main sources of power seem to be that derived from knowledge, and of course, magic. Magic, whether that which is blessed by the Gods to give one abilities they otherwise would not have, or the curious magic that creates the soulbinding bond between one and a companion. The Qian itself is made of many like-minded souls, souls who have largely bonded with companions, souls who have been gifted with curious magics. These souls are now offering their services to others, others who are willing to prove their worth, who are like-minded, so that equality of power can be spread across Helovia. What is the catch? - There is no 'catch' as such - whoever helps you might ask for a favour owed in the future, or a promise that you will not use your newfound magical ability or bond with a new companion against the Qian in some way.
