It’s that though we learn from our mistakes we’re condemned,
To make those same mistakes
again and again.
As he introduced himself the impersonator stared in his general direction. She knew that name, Cowley, but why she knew it or where she had heard it she couldn't quite remember. Pressing her chops together, her then told her about his position as the Weaver. Something about that tripped her memory and she remembered a little brindle filly standing next to another dark figure at the herd meeting. Then she sighed lightly, he was Rhiannon's father. Arah had not actually paid much attention to the figure next to Rhiannon, however now she realised just who he was. Even though he could not see it, Arah's face lit up into a smile. The doe greatly liked the dark little filly of The Basin. Sure the little one was head strong and slightly obnoxious but in general she was an adorable little girl who was quickly growing. From meeting the filly, Arah knew that she spent most of her time with her father. Deciding that she would give this stag a chance for the sake of Rhiannon, the white doe relaxed.

Before she could speak again however he was moving, she could not see what he was doing so she remained still. Then a touch. It was warm muzzle at her elbow, it shocked her for a split second. Then as he withdrew a single chuckle escaped her lips. She wasn't sure why the laughter had escaped her, perhaps it was just because she was overtired. He had moved closer, and she had fallen silent. Still not to sure why she had chuckled she tried to focus on his outline. Feeling slightly awkward Arah was glad when he spoke to her again. His voice was actually quite pleasant, it's deep monotone was her only friend in this darkness. He began to move and she hastened to follow him, doing her best to fall into step beside him. When he spoke he sounded rather trust worthy as he told her that if she fell he would be right the to catch her. She giggled again. "Thank you sir."

Stumbling slightly, but keeping her balance the doe's vocals rang out again. Her tone was calm, not apprehensive in his presence anymore. "I know your daughter Rhiannon, I played with her a few weeks ago." Quietly she spoke. Sincerely hoping that she wasn't keeping Crowley from his daughter, Arah focused on the light ahead. She was slowly able to see colours, what their home looked like. The closer they traveled to the light, the harder it was to resist inspecting that stag beside her. "She's such an inquisitive little creature." Arah truns and smiles, finally looking upon the stag beside her in the new light. The brindle strikes the immediate impression of an impressive body. Taller, broader and no doubt stronger than the ivory mare, she immediately feels a little safer in his presence. Clearly able to see where Rhiannon got her looks from, Arah paused for a moment. She wondered what the stallion thought of her, now that his sight had been returned. Standing relaxed with a smile settled on her lips, she looked over his form again, impressed by what she saw. Oh how different they were in looks, she was the lightest of colours, she shone in the moonlight. He was as black as night that currently darkened the world around them.

"Well...thank you kindly for the assistance." She didn't want to end their meeting there, but at the same time did not want to keep him from his duties. "This still doesn't explain what happened to the sun though." She inspected the glowing light, the centre of their land. Then turned her golden orbs back on to Crowley. "Or magic."

@[Crowley] replied to this a while ago but I don't think you noticed. <3
