"I bet we can change that."
The alabaster's words intrigued the fae. How would one change this? The Basin was cold, a place for serious, stone cold unicorns. Fun was something the Basin wasn't known for. Unless you consider mingling with other Basin Folk. Many of them were just as cold as the land itself, but others could melt that icy layer to show a warm, kind core beneath. The fae preferred to mingle with the latter. Emeralds on the grey, she kept her smile up, even as she opened her maw to speak. "And how exactly, do you plan to do it?" She inquired, raising her brow and smirking.
“Why should we let the winter rule our hearts? Cold and devoid of this fun?”
She had a point. Why was the fae allowing this endless winter rule her young heart? It was containing her, keeping her wild juvenile side tucked away deep within a hardened, serious shell. Thinking upon it now, she smiled, looking at Sia. "You're right!" She didn't know what else to say, so she stuck with that. Simple words through soft lips. She let her emeralds sweep over the alabaster, stopping to admire the speckling upon her bodice.
The caves! The fae let her excitement flow, her ears flipping forward upon the filly's words. The caves were plentiful, many of them (hopefully) undiscovered. Untouched by civilization. But that was only what the fae hoped. Exploring unknown caves sounded fun, especially if there were hidden items lying inside!
“At least, with the two of us, we’ll look after each other’s backs. There might be… monsters, after all.”
Giggling, the fae looked at Sia. "Monsters wouldn't dare mess with us, two unicorns armed and ready!" She puffed out her chest, widened her stance, snorted, lashed her tail and put on a fierce expression. "Just do this and those suckers will be running for the hills!" She was, of course, being sarcastic, but it was fun to joke around after being so serious for so long. She stood back up, straightening her posture. She smiled at Sia, beginning to walk towards the mountains, towards the cave, towards the fun.
"C'mon, don't want to keep those caves waiting!"
"Speech."
