The prey arrived, their bodies flooding the scene. A toothy, fiery grin is what greets Destrier's determined words. As the massive lizard opens its mouth to shower the black in flames (barbecue Destrier), Ampere's hooves come slamming down on its skull. spurts of flames spew from its lips, dancing fireballs flying to the ground and alighting the grasses at the equines' hooves. Disoriented, the hellbeast shakes its skull, as if trying to dislodge whatever powers fuddled the mind.

It was then that Roskuld begins trampling the soft, fleshy tail of the beast. Hisses of displeasure rain out of its mouth, and a powerful flick of the tail attempts to send the little girl flying, as well as unknowingly aiming to smack Ophelia before she has the opportunity to climb on. The movement disrupts whatever plans the pale and crimson mare had planned, and her stab falls of center, but is still immensely painful. A spurt of fire hot blood chases after the guilty horn.

The yelling of another feathered beast captures the attention of the lizard. Onni is caught in its sight, and the beast moves its head to follow her, allowing for Vikram to launch wide, powerful hooves directly between the shoulder blades. Deep gashes form, spewing more lava blood outward, and a bellow of hot fire races after the tail of the tobiano mare, as she narrowly turns to escape the path of firey hot destruction. The annoying squeal of Kahlua is met with a swipe of a massive, clawed arm. Luckily for the stupid mare, the flash of silverly blue catches his massive hand, rendering the clawed appendage instantly useless. Instead, it slumps down lifeless beside her.

A screech of annoyed hatred spews from its lips, and Gaucho's aim misses the bridge between the eyes, and hits instead the nose. A horribly hot breath is gushed out the nostrils toward the pegasus, hopefully ruining his flight pattern well enough to get him within reach of the monster's jaws.

Ophelia's second attack strikes true, tearing the delicate flesh open with another bright burst of seething hot blood. Turning his massive head around, the lizard summons a fireball directed at her. Unlike the one aimed by the God of the Sun, this one would burn. The turn of its head spares the eyeballs of the creature from the mad griffon, but the fleshy surface of its skull tears open. Raising the forearm still in commission, the lizard scoops after the annoying feathered beast just as more pain radiates up its tail, caused by Hespera.
