Vadim's ears tilted back against his head and he aimed a sharp nip at Varath's shoulder when his brother seemed close to losing his temper. He could lose his temper with whoever he wanted, but Vadim wouldn't stand for it. He'd put his brother, who was only minutes older, in his place. To match Varath he stomped one of his hooves before looking back at Mauja, who began to question them about their sisters.

He looked over at Varath when he answered, his gaze switching back to Mauja to study his gaze after the answer he received. He'd never met or seen Ktulu, but he'd heard enough to know what she looked like. "Ophelia is our sister, too." He confirmed. "She's white and red." He looked back at his brother. "She looks like momma except she has..." Vadim abruptly bit down on his tongue, forcing himself into silence. Varath had said not to mention their mother.

After that the pale colt decided to remain silent and let Varath do the talking for both of them, especially after Mauja decided to become philosophic. What was that crap, anyways? He snorted to himself and watched his brother as he asked if they lived there. Did they? He didn't have anything against Ophelia other than the fact that she hadn't been scared of him, so it wouldn't bother him if they lived there or not.
