Frigid air stung her lithe body as the airborne Pegasus flew through the lands searching for Confutatis and Kodoven. So much crap had been going through her mind the past few days, it was driving the fiery mare insane. How Confutatis stole her son away. How she failed to be a good mother. Having the foal in the first place! That bastard was going to pay. Vaguely remembering his figure, Storm knew when the time was right, she would willingly smack him in the head. Hard.

The plain of snow stretched before her, and for once, the mare felt as if she were sinking back to her old self before all this 'maternity stress', absolutely free. Sinking into a trance, the mare felt herself floating along with the gale, steadily flapping her giant wings harder, feeling her body go faster, slicing through the air. It had been a long time since she had absolutely no thoughts clutching her mind, except for the thought of freedom. Flipping and twirling through the air, Storm felt stretched out, and decided to land on the icy terrain to see how well she could manage running on ice.

Danger had always been a part of the Pegasus's life, and wanting to feel young and wild once more, she slowly began sinking closer to the snowy terrain, gradually slowing down and nearing ground. Inhaling a whiff of the fresh air, the mare opened up her appendages, and landed on ice, feeling a shock of pain shoot up her legs. Simply ignoring it, the woman barreled towards, wandering aimlessly at such high speeds.

The moon was a sliver in the sky, looking down upon Helovia. It still wasn't dawn, yet, but the warrioress felt as if she could see perfectly. At last the run had graced her, leaving a feeling of ecstasy still coursing throughout her whole body. Despite panting and sweating, Storm felt energized, ready to repeat over and over what she just got through doing. But another thought came in mind when a familiar scent hit her nostrils.

Curiousity got the best of the mare, and the familiar burn of anger started to pool in her chest, urging her forwards in her walk. Trying to track down the smell, Storm trudged through heavy snow fall, ignoring the searing cold, freezing her into a popsicle. After treading through the slippery grounds and the thick mounds of snow, Storm spotted figures in the distance, one of them very familiar.

Smirking, the mare started to approach them, walking on top of a flat stretch of ice, when deep rumbles from within the terrain shook her off balance. Wedding her eyes, a piece of ice disappeared below her, giving away. Reacting quickly, Storm leapt forwards, and started flying, closer and closer to where the others were. Landing abruptly, close to the father of her child, Storm narrowed her eyes and glared at him with all the ferocity she could muster.

It wasn't just a normal glare. It was one filled with all the emotions he had made her suffer. Sadness, rage, grief all mixed together in one Pegasus's orbs. It was startling that she could feel so much. But of course, she restrained herself for the moment, knowing that the brutish female was in a trance right now, terrified by the concept of being swallowed up into icy depths.

Seeing the other barbarian stay close to another creepy stallion, Storm almost couldn't muster herself to say something to Tharos. "Do you need any help?" The former militant spoke with a flat voice, and cold eyes. There was no true sympathy for the white mare before her. Turning to Tharos, the mare flicked her right ear, and almost snarled at him.

"After we save her, and get the hell out of here, we need to talk", putting an angrier emphasis on 'need' the gray mare watched the scene unfurl before her. Her sentence wasn't rushed or clingy towards Tharos. It was enraged, yet she managed to have a normal tone, almost monotone in fact.
