She spoke, her chords fluid and somewhat easy despite her appearance. A momentary glance was offered at the ivory critter at her hooves before the pleasant stud smiled kindly at her, flicking his auds absently. "Only what all who come here search for - a home." The Andalusian told her calmly, swishing his ebony tail as tassels of his forelock slid to cover his gaze as if he ordered them to. No matter. A sharp toss of his fine skull saw them flying out of his features and his gaze was clear on the femme once more but a sharp noise prevented any further conversation, a call obviously of the equids, btu so awkward it seemed Garnock could easily have doubted himself. The bay stallion stepped fluidly back a pace as the slate pegasus dove gracefully to greet the pair, her gaze full of barely held fury. Garnock had half a mind to ask why, but Terra was quick to mention the outcomes of asking an angry woman what was wrong. Her curt voice greeted him and the bay dipped his head respectfully toward the mare, returning the greeting only in a quieter way as the two mares stood by each other. Everything about her screamed anger even as she attempted to be kinder, but the Spanish blooded stallion held no fear for her outburst if one came. "Searching merely for a herd, m'lady. I'm Garnock." He introduced himself in a hushed tone, not wanting to force her over the edge with a sharp comment, and it was after that simple reply that he fell silent once more, standing before the mares, awaiting any further judgement. Upon his withers, Terra grew uncertain of the situation.

It was not long before yet a third stranger made their presence known - thankfully a stallion. He was strong, it was obvious in his stride and when he introduced himself as a warrior, Garnock's assumption was confirmed. The Andalusian dipped his chocolate crown to Solace and stood facing the three strangers, examining them before Solace once again caught his attention with a simple question. And this time when his heavy forelock covered his even features, the bay allowed it to remain as he answered this newcomer. "I'm known as Garnock. If you do not mind such a question, could you tell me more of this herd you hail from, The Grey?" He asked softly as his companion flitted quickly to a branch overhead, beady eyes surveying the other equines, watching them carefully in case he was needed to call a warning to the bay stallion. Garnock held faith that these three strangers were not here to attack him merely recruit him, but the potential for bloodshed was not overlooked. After all, he had to choose a herd at the end of the day and rivalries were just as common as robins.
