GAUCHO
Doubt comes in on sticks but then he kicks like a horse.

A small zephyr, awash in fire, gently drifted towards the two. She hooted a warm hello to Zenobia, recognizing the mare instantly, and trilled brightly at the stranger. Her orangey-red body exploded into a more brilliant array of flames as she flew higher into the air, hovering between the pair happily.

Quickly following in her wake, was Gaucho the Wildfire, Sultan of the Throat. On ever-burning wings, he glided without haste towards the two. Pegasi were always welcome in the Throat, but newcomers were traditionally escorted into their borders. It wasn't often that even those with wings, merely found their way to them. Had his daughter brought this stallion home? Although he trusted her judgement, if that was the case, the stallion would need to be formally accepted by someone of a higher rank.

Gaucho's blackened ears flickered slightly as he landed with a surprising elegance for a creature his size, upon the bloody sands. Walking purposefully towards the two, he greeted his daughter with a gentle nod of his antlered skull. Then his steely blue-gray gaze pulled towards Rift.

"I Gaucho, Sultan of Dragon's Throat. Welcome." He offered, his voice rich and resonant. In his antlers, a gunsteel coloured snake slithered forward. Her black eyes regarded the pegasus with a lazy intrigue, before falling to Zenobia. With a small hiss, she greeted the white dun, as she intertwined herself higher into Gaucho's antlers for a better view.

"What brings you to Throat?" Gaucho continued, folding his flaming wings against his darkened flanks.
