A brow rose at him as her vivid eyes rose to the horn nestled in the middle of his forehead and then trailed to the rest of him: well formed, sandy coloured, and uniquely marked. A fellow unicorn was worth her time and worth her words. Had this been another species (those naked mole rats or flying pigs) she would have been far less gracious in this encounter. She would have eaten him alive.
