ORANGEMOON :: Year Eight
 ORANGEMOON cools off the lands with a a viscious force. Colder than normal, a sign of things to come during Frostfall, Helovia is bathed in a rich tropical lushness - albiet a cold one. The coastlines of the Dragon's Throat are pelted constantly by tidal waves, and the desert climate is humid but chilly. Ice begins to form early in the Aurora Basin leaving the winding trails slick and dangerous. The mists of the World's Edge coat everything in a glistening crystalline shine which encourages mould to grow everywhere. The Spectral Marsh is the only area which remains fertile, blissfully temperature and lush.

WEAVER, Corporal of the Aurora Basin, is a relatively recent addition to Helovia and has taken it by storm. Branded with the seal of Death on her chest, intrigue and interest follow both her past and present. Though she is assuredly beautiful, her sometimes sharp personality reveals that there is more to this uni-peg hybrid than meets the eye. Proving herself able on the battlefield in the Basin’s warrior ranks, we can’t wait to see her test her mettle against the looming Kaos happenings! Congratulations! |

Who have you loved? - is currently meeting Beloved, is also flirting around alot. Why have they let you go? -she usually leaves those that 'love her' or that sh loves. Was the prison cold? - was a falls prisoner for a long time. - has what many say would be 'a crippled soul', she is suicidal, also. Success isn't the result of spontaneous combustion.

Especially 'layered in snow'. The entirely suggests covering something black, which is what a pristine white coat would do. Who have you loved? Why have they let you go? - LT reference; to Forsake is to abandon or renounce. +1| Again, I had to think about it, because to forsake isn't just something others do to you. The line could easily have read "Why have you let them go?" which would equally have referenced her title. HOWEVER, in the end I decided yes, since it does depict one meaning. Was the prison cold? - History reference; was captured and held in the Tides during her life in Isilme 0| This clue occurs too far in the past. I wasn't on Isilme, so I don't know anything about the Tides, and all that it says on her profile is that she was held there, but doesn't describe what it was like. Is that why it crippled your soul? - Personality reference; The stay made her bitter towards life. 0| Lines can't stack. Each clue has to be able to stand on its own. So even if I knew that 'cold prison' was a reference to Tides, I still don't think that gets you off the ground here. If it had said "Is that why the prison crippled your soul?" I would have given you the point. 2 overall, which is a fail from me.

Who have you loved? Why have they let you go? - LT reference; to Forsake is to abandon or renounce. +1 | I think this is quite a clever LT reference. Was the prison cold? - History reference; was captured and held in the Tides during her life in Isilme Is that why it crippled your soul? - Personality reference; The stay made her bitter towards life. 0 | While that is a part of her history, ultimately I don't feel like this portion of the stealth was specific enough to single that part of her history out. Further, as a personality reference, I feel that the one portion of her history was not the sole reason for Phi turning bitter, especially as we've seen her grow and develop on Helovia. Since this was a clue that was dependent on that history, I don't think it quite passes. This clue had me going in an entirely different direction. 2/3 needed to pass, so this FAILS for me. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
