Nah we don't have to redo it. Moon amulet used, +2 to attack, +2 to defense.

So the above should read:
Attack: 1d14 rolled for a total of: 12 + 1d2 rolled for a total: 2 + 5 +2 (Moon amulet)
&
21 > Ampere's defense of 10.5, so the attack HITS.

Overall doesn't affect the roll since you already got a hit!
