APPEARANCE
Body Type: Stocky warmblood, with incredibly large wings.
Height: 15.1h
Eyes: Vibrant electric blue.
Mane: Long and dreadlock-filled.
Tail: Leonine in shape, with hair trickling down its entire length, growing longer and more free towards the end.
Hooves: Normal.
Colour & Markings: Blue roan, with dark points on her ears, muzzle, legs and the tips of her wings. Her mane and tail are dark indigo in colour, and so silky smooth that they appear to shimmer in the light. She has a tribal star marking link on the left side of the withers, reaching down to mid barrel, a creamy blue colouring.

Magic that affects her appearance:
Light x Time (Passive) :: Born with the magical ability to mirror the weather patterns through her coat. Blackened points do not change, nor does her tribal marking, but every touch of blue roan can change to a stormy front when the weather takes a turn for the worst or pay homage to a beautiful spring morning. The appearance of the weather patterns such as lightning or rainbows often streak across her flanks as they occur in the sky, assuming she is in the vicinity.

PERSONA:
The belle is as changing as the weather. A daughter of the skies, showing all the facets mother nature easily orchestrates in her own strange, erratic demeanor.

MAGIC:
Sky Canvas: Light x Time (Passive) :: Born with the magical ability to mirror the weather patterns through her coat.

Bending Wind: Time x Wind Magic (Active) :: Able to control the local weather patterns around her, though often she doesn't realise she is doing so. Wind, temperature, rain, even the odd lightning strike if she focuses enough (or loses control). As the weather changes by her whim, so too does the patterns that stains her coat.

Seeking: Time x Wind: Upgrade | Able to control the local weather, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes, and maximum intensity of a hailstorm.
Healing rain: Light x Water (Active) | Able to imbue the rain with healing powers. Healing occurs through the touch of the water onto a wound, or if drunk, can also purify/heal the body from the inside-out.
Seeking: Upgrade: Light x Water | As above, but also able to imbue a small body of water (max. volume 5L) with healing properties.

ITEMS:
Azureus' Spear: Taken from the dead body of her father, who pulled it from the chest of his mother, Naryl, this spear has a bloody past. Over the years she has learned to use it with a delicate and deadly accuracy.
Feathers of the General: A feather from her father's wing, mostly black in hue, with a white ring around its rounded tip, is tied into her mane with an enchanted string that will never break. With the same string, another feather is tied to the wooden shaft of the spear she wields, this one having more white decorating its soft, curved edges.

Once bonded to the magnificent royal soul of Sitka the hellhound, Cirrus has never been the same since his departure, and will never seek to bond again.
